Terms and Conditions

The short version. You pay $4.99 once, you upload one photo, and about fifteen minutes later you have four unique invitations. You keep all rights to the images we generate for you. We delete your original photo after we deliver.

1. Who we are

This website and the DearYou service are owned and operated by DearYou (dearyou.ai), a business established in Spain. You can reach us at hello@dearyou.ai.

2. What the service is

DearYou creates personalized birthday and event invitations from a photograph you give us, using image-generation technology. When you complete an order you receive a set of invitations in digital format, with the option to buy a higher-resolution version for printing.

3. Price and payment

4. How an order works

You place your order by chatting with our assistant: you tell it about the event, upload the photo and complete the payment. We start generating the invitations once the payment is confirmed.

5. What we need from you

6. What you get, and what you can do with it

The invitations are generated by artificial intelligence, so every result is unique and will vary from one order to the next. Once you have paid, you keep all rights to the generated images.

7. Availability and our liability

We do our best to keep the service available and to deliver within the time we indicate. That time — roughly 15 minutes — is a guide, not a promise, and we do not guarantee an exact one.

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the United States, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the state where you live, and nothing in these terms waives any right you have under them.
