Questions
The photo is only used to generate your invitations and is deleted from our servers as soon as we deliver them. It's automatic and you get a message confirming it. We don't share it or use it for anything else.
You get 4 different versions precisely so there's always one you'll love. If something's off, email us at hello@dearyou.ai and we'll fix it. Don't worry — you'll have truly unique invitations.
Yes. As soon as you upload the photo and pick a universe, the assistant generates them right away. Usually it takes about 10 minutes; at peak times, up to 15.
All 4 invitations (image + party details) are perfect for your phone, group texts, and social. If you also want the image in top quality to print big or frame, you can add the 4K version for +$2.50 in the chat. The 4K version is your little one's image at maximum resolution (without the event text).
Inside the chat a button opens a secure Stripe screen. You pay by card and, when you return, the assistant continues with your order. We never see your card details.
Not yet, pets are coming very soon. Right now we make invitations and birthday cards for kids.
Nothing. Everything happens right here, chatting with the assistant. No apps, no accounts, no wasted time.
Sooner or later every kid asks for the sleepover. Usually with a list of six best friends, and usually at bedtime, when you're too tired to negotiate.
These sleepover Halloween birthday invitations are made for that night: blanket forts, flashlights, popcorn, pajamas and a pumpkin or two. Your kid is at the center of every scene with their real face, so we need a photo. And we always delete the photo after delivery. Promise.
Start with the head count. Figure out how many sleeping bags fit on the living room floor, then take one away. Four or five guests is where most parents land after doing it once.
Age matters too. Somewhere around eight, most kids make it through a whole night away from home. Younger than that, expect the 11 p.m. phone call asking to go home. For six- and seven-year-olds, plenty of families do a late-over instead: pajamas on at six, a movie, pizza, and pickup at ten.
Keep the logistics out of the invitation and put them in a quick text to the parents. Pickup time the next morning, allergies, and if they need to bring a pillow. Those are the three questions you'll get anyway.
A blanket fort with pumpkin flashlights is the classic, and a great fit at eight. A pillow fight with paper bats is for the group with zero plans to fall asleep.
Flashlight stories under the sheet suit ten-year-olds, who love a spooky story as long as everyone knows it's made up. A Halloween movie marathon with popcorn is really about staying up late, which is the entire goal at eleven. Sleeping bags in a row by the moonlit window is the quiet version for younger guests. And a pumpkin pancake breakfast in pajamas is the morning-after scene, the easy call for a six-year-old's late-over.
These are ideas to get you going. Tell us your version in a sentence and we'll build it.
