Questions
The photo is only used to generate your invitations and is deleted from our servers as soon as we deliver them. It's automatic and you get a message confirming it. We don't share it or use it for anything else.
You get 4 different versions precisely so there's always one you'll love. If something's off, email us at hello@dearyou.ai and we'll fix it. Don't worry — you'll have truly unique invitations.
Yes. As soon as you upload the photo and pick a universe, the assistant generates them right away. Usually it takes about 10 minutes; at peak times, up to 15.
All 4 invitations (image + party details) are perfect for your phone, group texts, and social. If you also want the image in top quality to print big or frame, you can add the 4K version for +$2.50 in the chat. The 4K version is your little one's image at maximum resolution (without the event text).
Inside the chat a button opens a secure Stripe screen. You pay by card and, when you return, the assistant continues with your order. We never see your card details.
Not yet, pets are coming very soon. Right now we make invitations and birthday cards for kids.
Nothing. Everything happens right here, chatting with the assistant. No apps, no accounts, no wasted time.
An invitation with a character on it shows who's coming. One with a castle shows where you're going. That's the difference between a portrait and a movie poster, and for a Halloween party the poster wins, because what you want is for the guest to picture themselves inside it.
These six haunted castle Halloween birthday invitations lean into that: full moon, lit windows, bats circling the tower. No horror, all atmosphere. They land best from six up, which is when kids start enjoying being a little bit scared.
The castle has one practical advantage over every character theme: you don't have to guess the age or the gender. A haunted castle works the same for a seven-year-old girl and a nine-year-old boy.
And it has a staging advantage. If the invitation shows a castle with the windows lit, then your front door with two lanterns beside it is the castle entrance. The decorating suggests itself.
On the crag under a full moon is the wide shot, and the most striking on a tall screen. The gate with bunting is the warmest and the one that reads most clearly as a birthday.
The tower shot from below with bats circling is the one kids point at. The path of lit pumpkins leading up to it braids the two most-requested themes together. The stone hall with the tall cake is the only one that goes inside. And the fireworks over the towers close the set — a good pick for a round-number birthday.
