Questions
The photo is only used to generate your invitations and is deleted from our servers as soon as we deliver them. It's automatic and you get a message confirming it. We don't share it or use it for anything else.
You get 4 different versions precisely so there's always one you'll love. If something's off, email us at hello@dearyou.ai and we'll fix it. Don't worry — you'll have truly unique invitations.
Yes. As soon as you upload the photo and pick a universe, the assistant generates them right away. Usually it takes about 10 minutes; at peak times, up to 15.
All 4 invitations (image + party details) are perfect for your phone, group texts, and social. If you also want the image in top quality to print big or frame, you can add the 4K version for +$2.50 in the chat. The 4K version is your little one's image at maximum resolution (without the event text).
Inside the chat a button opens a secure Stripe screen. You pay by card and, when you return, the assistant continues with your order. We never see your card details.
Not yet, pets are coming very soon. Right now we make invitations and birthday cards for kids.
Nothing. Everything happens right here, chatting with the assistant. No apps, no accounts, no wasted time.
It happens every October. Somebody sends a Halloween invitation with a real ghost on it, and two days later there's a four-year-old who won't sleep with the light off.
These Halloween birthday invitations with friendly ghosts sit on the other side of that line. The ghost wears a party hat, holds a bunch of balloons, and you can see its eyes. It's a cartoon character, not an apparition. Six designs so you can read the tone, and then four of your own with your kid's name, age, and photo.
Between three and six, a scare doesn't register as a joke. It registers as a scare.
That's why the friendly ghost works so well at that age. It keeps everything that makes Halloween feel like Halloween — white, floating, out after dark — and drops the only part that doesn't belong on a birthday card, which is the threat. Your kid recognizes the holiday and nothing bad happens.
If your kid covers their eyes when the villain shows up in a cartoon, this is your theme.
The one in the party hat is the most direct and the best pick for the card you send to everyone. The one holding balloons brings color without pulling attention off the name.
The two playing hide and seek among the gravestones and the four drifting up through streamers are the liveliest. The one holding a birthday cake is the one to choose if you want it read as a birthday first and Halloween second. And the polka-dot sheet is the funniest of the six — the fabric has slipped and it could not care less.
