Questions

What everyone asks.

Is my child's photo safe?

The photo is only used to generate your invitations and is deleted from our servers as soon as we deliver them. It's automatic and you get a message confirming it. We don't share it or use it for anything else.

What if I don't like any of the 4?

You get 4 different versions precisely so there's always one you'll love. If something's off, email us at hello@dearyou.ai and we'll fix it. Don't worry — you'll have truly unique invitations.

Are they really ready in 15 minutes?

Yes. As soon as you upload the photo and pick a universe, the assistant generates them right away. Usually it takes about 10 minutes; at peak times, up to 15.

Can I print them?

All 4 invitations (image + party details) are perfect for your phone, group texts, and social. If you also want the image in top quality to print big or frame, you can add the 4K version for +$2.50 in the chat. The 4K version is your little one's image at maximum resolution (without the event text).

How do I pay?

Inside the chat a button opens a secure Stripe screen. You pay by card and, when you return, the assistant continues with your order. We never see your card details.

Does it work with dogs and cats?

Not yet, pets are coming very soon. Right now we make invitations and birthday cards for kids.

Do I need to install anything?

Nothing. Everything happens right here, chatting with the assistant. No apps, no accounts, no wasted time.

3 simple steps

  1. Tap “Create my invitation” and tell our assistantIt walks you through it. Just say your kid's name, their age, where the party is and the day and time. We write the wording. No forms.
  2. Describe the party in your own words and upload their photoThere's no list to pick from. Tell it what you want in one sentence, “a pirate party on the beach”, and that's what you get. Stuck for ideas? It suggests some. Their photo is required, not optional: they're the one starring in the invitation. And we always delete it after delivery. Promise.
  3. You get them in 15 minutes4 unique designs, vertical and ready to share. Pick your favorite and keep all four.

Ask a six-year-old what the best part of Halloween is. They are not going to say the costumes.

These candy cauldron Halloween birthday invitations go straight at it. A cauldron spilling over, lollipops standing up out of it, a bag about to give way. It's the most honest of the ten themes and the one that gets the most yeses, because the guest knows exactly what they're showing up for. Six designs here, then four of your own with your kid's name, age and photo.

The theme that RSVPs for you

An invitation has one job: get people to come. And there's one argument that beats the decorations, beats the time, beats the venue.

If the picture shows a cauldron overflowing with candy, the message lands without being written. Kids show the photo to their parent and the decision is already made.

One practical note, though. If the invitation promises candy, deliver. Have a bag ready per guest rather than one big bowl. Shared bowls empty in the first four minutes and there is always one kid who arrives late.

Six ways to show the haul

The overflowing cauldron is the greediest and takes the least text, because it's already full of things. The ribboned bucket is the tidiest and leaves the most room for a name.

The standing lollipops and stacked marshmallows are the most colorful. The bubbling cauldron with confetti brings in the witchy half without a witch. The paper bag with a little bat on the rim is the one that reads most like trick-or-treating. And the long table with glass jars is the only one that shows the whole party, which is the pick if you're doing a candy table.
